Ultimate in Backpacking: the Eagle Creek Travel Backpack

Having traveled extensively through over 25 countries, the backpack is an essential piece of equipment in travel, and I have finally found the best one available. On the backpacking scene, you will find so many shapes, sizes, colors and types of backpacks. For me, the Eagle Creek Travel Backpack is at the top.

To begin with, these packs are not top loading, meaning they open like traditional suitcases and not with a draw string and top loading. This is a life saver when traveling. Instead of digging to the bottom, you can easily see what you are dealing with inside and it makes packing and unpacking so much easier and faster. This pack also comes with a day pack, which is great for small day trips. Instead of lugging your whole pack, this small day pack lets you bring only the essentials. It easily connects and comes off the main pack, and also allows you to connect it to the front. This is a back saver when hiking, as you don’t have all of the weight on your back, but evens it out!

This pack is also equipped with some extras, such as a small fleece-lined pocket for electronics and your passport. And even a detachable water-proof cover that can be easily put on to cover the pack, to keep you pack and clothing dry. There are also extra exterior pockets, straps, handles and hooks, that all helps with the packing, carrying and maintenance of the pack.

When traveling, you want a backpack that gives easy accessibility, durability and options for storage on the open road. These are all found in this line of backpacks, and they are sure to be the best backpack for you, as they are for me!
